Joey Salceda is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as congressman of the second legislative district of Albay Province in the Bicol Region, Philippines.

In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran for congress under the ruling PDP-Laban Party and defeated independent candidate Virgilio Goyena. In 2022, he ran for re-election under the same party and won over four other candidates.
