Neal Fraser (born ) is a Los Angeles based chef and restaurateur.^[1]He trained at the Culinary Institute of America and worked in the kitchens of chefs including Joachim Splichal, Wolfgang Puck, Hans Rockenwager and Thomas Keller before he and his business partner, Amy Knoll Fraser, started their own restaurants, Grace and BLD.
