    EFF MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi resigned from Parliament on Thursday following months of speculation about his future in the party and his notable absence from its third elective congress, held in Johannesburg last month.

    Although likely, he has not confirmed whether he has also quit the party.

    The EFF has faced numerous uphill battles recently, including poor support at the polls last year and an exodus of high-ranking leaders, such as Floyd Shivambu and Dali Mpofu, to the newly-formed MK Party.
